Free 15 minute consult. This consult allows you to get to know your counsellor and ask questions to make sure this service is a good fit.

Individual or couple counselling offered in person or online by a Registered Social Worker

Walk and Talk Therapy

Walk and Talk Therapy with a Registered Social Worker. These sessions allow you to take you therapy sessions outside and benefit from eco therapy and movement as part of the therapeutic process. All sessions will take place in a public outdoor location, on a paved path with limited elevation.
New clients must book an initial intake session prior to booking Walk and Talk Therapy.

Tasha Page is a Registered Social Worker who supports folks through grief, isolation, and overwhelm in the perinatal period and beyond.

Tasha’s own journey with infertility, pregnancy loss and parenthood coupled with advanced training in perinatal mental health allows her to show up with understanding and compassion no matter where you are at in your journey.

Tasha sees both couples and individuals in person in Courtenay and virtually across BC.

All of Tasha’s work is trauma informed and guided by an anti-oppressive and anti-racist approach. Tasha’s practice is LGBTQIA2S+ friendly and all genders are welcome.
